Griet Staelens

Griet started her career in HR consultancy, after which she joined a speciality chemicals player, assuming roles in HR, change management and rewards. She joined Electrolux in 2011, where she first headed up Total Rewards for the EMEA region, based in Brussels, and then for North America, based in Charlotte, US. From Electrolux’s headquarters in Stockholm, she now leads the people and communications strategy for the global Consumer Experience organization (which is responsible for areas such as Marketing, Design, Digital Solutions, R&D, Technology and Sustainability).
